Hanshin Department Store / Hanshin Arena

Hanshin is the largest shopping mall in Kaohsiung and handles a huge volume of transactions every day, so the stability of the POS system and the invoice printer is critical. The stores inside include restaurants, convenience stores, clothing stores and cosmetics and beauty stores, with close to 400 units installed in total. The Poslab WP8670 provides a 15.6-inch main display and a 10.1-inch secondary display, combined with a Seiko print mechanism, to meet the customer’s requirements. The all-in-one POS also satisfies the customer’s demand for high utilisation and quality.
CTBC Financial Park
QP1170, Intel® Celeron® processor with Seiko printer, Windows 10
CTBC Financial Park is a shopping centre with very heavy foot traffic. The stores inside include restaurants, convenience stores, clothing stores and a variety of other shops, and the requirements on counter space are particularly demanding. To meet those requirements, Poslab supplied the QP1170, a compact 10.1-inch all-in-one mini POS combined with a Seiko print mechanism. The QP1170 met not only the customer’s need for a small footprint but also their requirements for high utilisation and quality.
MUJI Taiwan
KS233
MUJI is a well-known Japanese chain selling more than 7,000 items including clothing, general goods, household products and furniture. Its manufacturing process comes from extreme rationality, but the style is not minimalist. After two years of back-and-forth negotiation, we created the most suitable self-checkout machine for MUJI Taiwan, integrating the hardware and software systems, and rolled it out progressively in 2022. We also assisted them with technical training and ongoing experience tracking.
Starbucks Colombia
WavePos 68, Intel® Skylake® i5 processor, Windows 10
Starbucks Colombia began using our WavePos 68 POS system in 2021. They opened their first local store in 2019 and plan to open 50 stores in Colombia. In 2021 they decided to replace their POS system with our WavePos 68, because they needed a product with the efficiency and speed to handle the crowds in store. By comparison, the WavePos 68 offers a more competitive price-performance ratio and a better experience for customers.
Hong Hui Plaza
WP8670, Intel Z8350, Android 7

Poslab provides not only the hardware solution but also the best maintenance service.

After two years of machine testing we have successfully installed our systems in more than 200 KFC stores in Taiwan. Thanks to the good cooperation with KFC, KFC also introduced Poslab’s IronPOS to Pizza Hut. In 2022 we installed more than 550 machines across 220 Pizza Hut stores, and in 2023 we expect to install a further 600 machines. KFC and Pizza Hut Taiwan have also introduced their positive experience to KFC and Pizza Hut in Malaysia, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
7-Eleven Vietnam

The convenience store industry in Vietnam is still at an early stage of development. After more than a year of testing and software customisation, Poslab successfully installed the WavePOS 50 in 7-Eleven stores in Vietnam, achieving the goal of opening 100 stores within three years and 1,000 stores within ten years. Today, Poslab continues to develop new models to meet the diverse needs of the Vietnamese market.

Saizeriya Taiwan
KS2272
To maximise operational efficiency in an era of labour shortage and rising costs in the food service industry, while maintaining its core philosophy of affordable pricing, Saizeriya Taiwan worked with Poslab to introduce self-checkout machines. Checkout efficiency improved substantially, reducing the queues caused by manual checkout and, in turn, cutting the time customers wait to be seated during peak hours.
Chatime
KS2272
Chatime, a bubble tea chain that originated in Taiwan and has successfully expanded internationally, recently worked with Poslab to introduce the KS2272 self-ordering kiosk in selected stores. As well as reducing ordering errors by letting customers confirm sweetness, ice level and toppings themselves, it increases service speed during peak hours so that staff can focus on preparing drinks. The kiosk offers a multi-language interface for international visitors, reducing the communication gap between customers and staff.
